Under the alias of Echofaze, Darren Abela is a Maltese DJ and producer who’s been performing in clubs in Malta and Berlin for over two decades. Dancing to every tune he plays, his physical presence behind the decks is unique. A pioneer in the local scene, his love for techno, groove and hardgroove have seen him signed up as a resident at one of southern Europe’s most prestigious Techno festivals, Glitch. Echofaze also excels as a producer, mainly releasing hardgroove titles that have been becoming ever more popular with his peers.
